Hromosome 10 je jedan od 23 para hromosoma kod ljudi. Čovjek normalno ima njegove dvije kopije . Hromosom 10 spans ima oko 133 miliona baznih parova (gradivnog materijala DNK) i uključuje između 4 i 4,5 % ukupne DNK u ćelijama.
