Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira člana porodice proteina serin/treonin protein-kinaza s interakcijom s receptorom (RIP). Kodirani protein sadrži C-terminalni domen regrutacije kaspaze (CARD) i komponenta je signalnih kompleksa, kako u urođenom tako iu adaptivnom imunskom putu. Potentan je aktivator NF-κB i induktor apoptoze kao odgovor na različite podražaje.[7]
