Funkcija
urediProtein kodiran ovim genom sličan je mišjem proteinu koji je podjedinica receptora čestica za prepoznavanje signala (SR). Ova podjedinica je transmembranska GTPaza koja pripada natpotodici GTPaza. Ona sidri alfa podjedinicu, GTPazu periferne membrane, za ER membranu (ER). SR je potreban za kotranslacijsko ciljanje i sekretornih i membranskih proteina na ER membranu.[7]
