Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira sisarsku Golgijevu 1,2-manozidazu klase I, koja je transmembranski protein tipa II. Ovaj protein katalizira uklanjanje tri različita ostatka manoze iz peptid-vezanih Man (9) -GlcNAc (2) oligosaharida i pripada porodici 47 glikozil hidrolaza.[6]
