BCL10
B-ćelijski limfom/leukemijski protein 10 jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom BCL10 sa hromosoma 1.[5][6] Poput BCL2, BCL3, BCL5, BCL6, BCL7A – i BCL9, ima klinički značaj kod limfoma.

Funkcija
urediBcl10 je identifikovan po njegovoj translokaciji u slučaju limfoma limfoidnog tkiva povezanog sa sluznicom (MALT). Protein kodiran ovim genom sadrži domen regrutacije kaspaze (CARD), i pokazalo se da indukuje apoptozu i aktivira NF-κB. Izvještava se da ovaj protein stupa u interakciju s drugim domenom CARD-a i upredene zavojnice, koji sadrži proteine za koje se smatra da funkcionišu kao uzvodni regulatori u NF-κB signalizaciji, uključujući CARD9, C-10, C-11 i C-14. Utvrđeno je da ovaj protein formira kompleks sa parakaspazom MALT1, proteinom koji je kodiran drugim genom za koji se zna da je translociran u MALT limfom. Smatra se da MALT1 i Bcl10 sinergiraju u aktivaciji NF-κB, a deregulacija bilo kojeg od njih može doprinijeti istom patogenetskom procesu koji dovodi do maligniteta.[6] Bcl10 je evolucijski konzerviran od Cnidaria i pokazalo se da je funkcionalno konzerviran sve do zebrica.[8][9] Primjetno, baš kao uzvodno CARD-CC familija, Bcl10 je odsutan u insektima i nematodama, a korelirana filogenetska distribucija Bcl10 i CARD-CC proteina ukazuje na konzervirani kompleks.
