NLRC3, skraćeno od NOD-liki receptor porodice CARD domena sa proteinom 3, je unurarćelijski protein koji ima ulogu u imunskom sistemu. To jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom sa p kraka hromosoma 16.[5] Ranije je bio poznat kao nukleotidnovezujući domen oligomerizacije, ponavljanje bogato leucinom i CARD domen koji sadrži 3 (NOD3) i CLR16.2. NLRC3 inhibira aktivnost T-ćelija.[6] NLRC3 takođe inhibira mTOR signalni put kako bi blokirao ćelijsku proliferaciju.[7]
