Mitohondrijska amidoksim-reducirajuća komponenta 1, znana i kao protein 1 sa MOCO sulfuraznim C-terminalnim domenom, MOSC1 ili MARC1, jest enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom sa hromosoma 1.[5][6]

MOCO je engleska skraćenica za molibdenski [[kofaktor (biohemija)|cofaktor.

Prijavljeno je da MOSC1 reducira amidoksime na amidine.[8][9]

Prijavljeno je da su genetičke varijacije MARC1 povezane sa nižim nivoima holesterola u krvi, nivoima jetrenih enzima u krvi, smanjenom masnoćom jetre i zaštitom od ciroze, što sugeriše da nedostatak MARC1 može zaštititi od bolesti jetre.[10]
