KYAT1
Kinureninska oksoglutarat-transaminaza 1 je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom CCBL1.[4][5] To je jedna od kinurenin-oksoglutarat transaminaza.

Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira citosolni enzim koji je odgovoran za metabolizam cisteinskih konjugata određenih halogeniranih alkena i alkana. Taj metabolizam dovodi do stvaranja reaktivnih metabolita koji mogu dovesti do nefrotoksičnosti i neurotoksičnosti.[5]
