Funkcija

LIM domen je dvostruka cinkoprstna struktura koja promovira interakcije protein-protein. Proteini domena LIM, poput ABLIM3, imaju ulogu u embrionskom razvoju, određivanju ćelijske loze i raku.[7] Važan paralog ovog gena je LIMS1.

Klinički značaj

Bolesti povezane s ABLIM3 uključuju hepatoblastom, a među njegovim povezanim super-putevima su navođenje akson a i DCC posredovanu atraktivnu signalizaciu.
