Funkcija

RCC2 ima strukturnu sličnost sa RCC1 i pokazalo se da ima slabu aktivnost faktora izmjene guaninskih nukleotida (GEF) na malom GTPaznom Rac-u.[6] Takođe se pokazalo da TD-60 stupa u interakciju sa hromosomskim prolazničkim kompleksom (CPC), i da aktivira katalitsku komponentu CPC-a, Aurora B, u prisustvu mikrotubula.[9][10]
