Ets varijanta transkripcijskog faktora 5 (ETV5) (također pod nazivom ERM transkripcijski faktor) je transkripcijski faktor koji je kod ljudi kodiran gen om ETV5 sa hromosoma 3.[5] Generteaju ga Sertolijeve ćelije, koje se nalaze u sjemenicima i imaju ključnu ulogu u spermatogenezi. Njegov ortolog je povezan i sa gojaznošću i bipolarnim poremećajem.[6]
