Funkcija
urediAminopeptidaze hidroliziraju N-terminalne aminokiseline proteina ili peptidnog supstrata. Molekule glavnog kompleksa histokompatibilnosti (MHC) klase I oslanjaju se na aminopeptidaze, kao što su ERAP1 i LRAP, za podrezivanje prekursora antigenih peptida u endoplazmatskom retikulumu (ER), nakon cijepanja u citoplazmatskih proteina tripeptidil-peptidazom II (TPP2).[5]
