DPF2
Protein cinkovog prsta ubi-d4 je protein koji je kosd ljudi koodiran genom DPF2.[5][6]
Protein kodiran ovim genom član je porodice domena d4, karakteriziran strukturnim motivom sličnim cinkovim prstima. Ovaj protein funkcionira kao transkripcijski faktor koji je neophodan za apoptotski odgovor nakon uskraćivanja faktora preživljavanja. Vjerojatno ima regulatornu ulogu u brzom hematopoetskim rastu i čelijskom prometu. Ovaj gen se smatra kandidatskim genom za multiplu endokrinu neoplaziju tip I, nasljedni kancerski sindrom koji uključuje višestruke paratiroidne, enteropankreasne i hipofizne tumore.[6]
