Funkcija
urediCRTC2, prvobitno zvani TORC2, je transkripcijski koaktivator za faktor transkripcije CREB i centralni regulator glukoneogene ekspresije gena, kao odgovora na cAMP.[9] Smatra se da CRTC2 pokreće tumorigenezu kod LKB11/STK11-null karcinoma nemalih ćelija pluća (NSCLC).[10]
Interakcije
