CAPG
Proteinski zatvarač makrofaga (CAPG), znan i kao aktinski regulatorni protein CAP-G, jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom CAPG sa hromosoma 2.[5][6][7]

Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira člana gelsolin/vilin porodice aktin-regulatornih proteina.[9] Kodirani protein reverzibilno blokira bodljikave krajeve F-aktinskih filamenata na Ca2+ski i fosfoinozitidno-regulisan način, ali ne prekida prethodno formirane aktinske filamente. Pokrivanjem bodljikavih krajeva aktinskih filamenata, kodirani protein doprinosi kontroli pokretljivosti zasnovanoj na aktinu u nemišićnim ćelijama. Uočene su alternativno prerađene varijanta transkripta, ali nisu u potpunosti opisane.[7]
