Funkcija

Članovi porodice SLITRK, poput SLITRK5, integralni su membranski proteini s dva N-terminalna ponavljajuća domena (LRR) bogata leucinom, sličnea onima SLIT proteina (vidi SLIT1; MIM 603742). Većina SLITRK-ova, uključujući SLITRK5, također imaju C-terminalne regije koje dijele homologiju s receptorima za neurotropine (vidi NTRK1; MIM 191315).
