RCC1 i BTB protein 2 sa domenom je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom RCBTB2.[5][6]
Ovaj gen kodira člana porodice GEF, povezane sa RCC1. N-terminalna polovina kodirane aminokiselinske sekvence pokazuje sličnost s regulatorom kondenzacije hromosoma RCC1, koji djeluje kao faktor izmjene guaninskih nukleotida (GEF) za Ras srodnu GTPazu Ran.[6]
