Ras-pridruženi protein 5 sa domenom jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom RASSF5 ili F5 sa hromosoma 1.[5][6][7]

Funkcija
urediOvaj gen je član porodice pridružene domenu Ras. Djeluje kao supresor tumora i inaktivira se kod raznih vrsta raka. Kodirani protein se lokalizira na centrosome i mikrotubule i povezuje se s GTP-aktiviranim oblicima Ras, Rap1 i nekoliko drugih malih GTPaza sličnih Ras. Protein reguliše adheziju limfocita i potiskuje rast ćelija kao odgovor na aktivirani Rap1 ili Ras. Za ovaj gen nađene su višestruke varijante transkripta koje kodiraju različite izoforme.[7]

urediPokazalo se da RASSF5 ima interakcije sa RRAS,[9] RAP2A,[9] MRAS[9] i RASSF1.[9]
