Funkcija

Ovaj gen kodira protein bogat prolinom. Studije srodnog mišjeg gena sugeriraju da je ovaj gen reguliran putem p53 i da može učestvovati u supresiji rasta posredovanoj preko p53. Opisane su alternativno prerađene varijante transkripta koje kodiraju različite izoforme.[7]
