Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira C2H2 protein cinkovog prsta s transaktivacijom i vezanjem za DNK. Pokazalo se da pokazuje antiproliferativne aktivnosti i kandidat je za supresora tumora. Za ovaj gen pronađene su mnoge varijante transkripta koje kodiraju dvije različite izoforme.[7]
