Kvinonska 2 NAD(P)H dehidrogenaza, znana i kao QR2 , jest enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom NQO2'. To je faza II detoksikacijskih enzima koja može provesti dvije ili četiri redukcije elektrona. Njegov mehanizam redukcije je putem kovalentno vezanih cinkovih iona i kokristaliziranog Flavin-adenin dinukleotida (FAD). NQO2 sadrži dva lanca homologna u aminokiselinskoj sekvenci, ali 7% različite strukture. Kao rezultat toga, NQO2 sadrži dvije slična, ali jedinstvena aktivna mjesta. Važna funkcija NQO2 je njegovo aktiviranje na NRH. NQO2 može se inhibirati resveratrolom.[5] Jedno od veznih mjesta QR2 reagira na 2-jodomelatonin i naziva se MT3.[6]
