NLRP6
NLRP6, skraćeno za NOD-liki receptor porodice pirinski domen sa proteinom 6, je unutarćelijski protein koji ima ulogu u imunskom sistemu. Također je poznat kao NALP6, PYPAF5, PAN3 i CLR11.4, i jedan je od 14 pirinskih domena koji sadrže članove porodice receptora sličnih NOD receptor za prepoznavanje uzoraka. Kao i kod nekoliko drugih receptora sličnih NOD-u, uloga NLRP6 u imunosti povezana je sa njegovom sposobnošću da reguliše aktivnost kaspaze-1 i NF-κB.To jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom NLRP6 sa hromosoma 11.[5]
