Funkcija
urediOvaj gen je pojačano reguliran interferonom-gama i kodira protein koji je član porodice AGP11/GTPBP1, GTP-vezujućih proteina. Strukturno sličan protein je pronađen kod miševa, gdje poremećaj gena za taj protein nije bio vidljiv fenotip.[6]
