GPIHBP1
Glikozilfosfatidilinozitol-usidreni protein 1 (GPI-HBP1) koji veže lipoprotein velike gustoće (GPI-HBP1), također poznat i kao protein-vezujući lipoprotein visoke gustoće 1 je protein koji kod ljudi kodiran genom GPIHBP1.[5]

Funkcija
urediHranjive masti se crijevima pakiraju u trigliceridima bogate lipoproteina zvane hilomikroni. Trigliceridi u hilomikronima se hidroliziraju lipoprotein-lipazom (LPL) duž lumenake površine kapilara, uglavnom u srcu, skeletnim mišićima i masnom tkivu. GPIHBP1 je protein kapilarnih endotelnih ćelija koji pruža platformu za LPL-posredovanu obradu hilomikrona.[5][7]
