Funkcija
urediFruktoza 1,6-bisfosfataza 1, a glukoproteinogenezni regulacijski enzim, koji katalizira hidrolizira fruktoza 1,6-bisfosfat do fruktoza 6-fosfata i neorganskog fosfata. Nedostatak fruktoza-1,6-difosfataze povezan je sa hipoglikemijom i metaboličkom acidozom.[5]
