TACSTD2
Tumor-pridruženi kalcijski signalni transduktor 2, znan i kao Trop-2 i epitelni glikoprotein-1, antigen (EGP-1),[5] jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom TACSTD2 sa hromosoma 1.[6][7][8]

Funkcija
urediOvaj gen bez introna kodira antigen povezan sa karcinomom, definisan monoklonskim antitijeom GA733. Ovaj antigen je član porodice koja uključuje najmanje dva tipa I mrmbranskih proteina. Transdukuje unutarćelijski kalcijski signal i deluje kao površinski ćelijski receptor.
Mutacije ovog gena dovode do želatinozne distrofije rožnjače, autosomno recesivnog poremećaja koji karakterizira teška amiloidoza koja dovodi do sljepoće.[8]
Ovaj antigen je meta sacituzumab-govitecana, konjugata antitijelo-lijek.
