RAP1GAP2
RAP1 GTPazno aktivirajući protein 2 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom RAP1GAP2.[5]
Ovaj gen kodira GTPaza-aktivirajući protein da aktivira mali protein koji veže guanin-nukleotid Rap1 u trombocitima. Protein stupa u interakciju sa sinaptotagminolikim proteinom 1 i Rab27 i reguliraju izlučivanje gustih granula iz trombocita na mjestima oštećenja endotela. Za ovaj gen je pronađeno više alternativnih varijanti transkripta koje kodiraju različite izoforme. [obezbedio RefSeq, septembar 2009.].
Dužina polipeptidnog lanca je 730 aminokiselina, a molekulska težina 80.056[6].
