Modenil organizmi

U proučavanju funkcije POLR3G korišteni su modelni organizmi. Uvjetna nokaut-mišja linija pod nazivom Polr3gtm1a (EUCOMM) Wtsi generirana je na Institutu Wellcome Trust Sanger.[7] Mužjaci i ženke podvrgnuti su standardiziranom fenotipskom pregledu[8] to determine the effects of deletion.[9][10][11][12] Dodatni pregledi obavljeni su dubinskom imunološkom fenotipizacijom.[13] Od 23 analizirana pokazatelja, ozbiljnije nenormalnosti nađene su u samo dva slučaja.
