NAP1L4
Proteinoliki protein 4 nukleosomnog sklopa je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom NAP1L4.[5][6]
Ovaj gen kodira člana porodice nukleosomskih sklopnih proteina (NAP) koji mogu stupiti u interakciju i s jedrom i sa vezivnim histonima. Može se kretati između citoplazme i jedra, što ukazuje na ulogu histonskog šaperona. Ovaj gen je jedan od nekoliko koji se nalazi u blizini konzerviranog domena gena 11p15.5, važne regije supresorskog tumorskog gena. Promjene u ovoj regiji povezane su sa Beckwith-Wiedemannovim sindromom, Wilmsovim tumorom, rabdomiosarkomom, karcinomom kore nadbubrežne žlijezda i pluća, jajnika i dojke.[6]
