Funkcija
urediOvaj gen kodira sa sedmoprolazni transmembranski protein koji se primarno eksprimira u dendritskim ćelijama. Kodirani protein uključen je u niz imunskih funkcija dendritskih ćelija. Ovaj protein ima ulogu u osteoklastogenezi i mijeloidnoj diferencijaciji. Alternativna prerada rezultira u više varijanti transkripta (prema RefSeq, mart 2012).
