Superfluid
Superfluidnost[1] je faza materije ili opis toplotnog kapaciteta u kojoj se mogu posmatrati neobični efekti kada tečnosti, na primjer helij-4 ili helij-3, savladavaju trenje površinskim međudjelovanjem kada se nalaze u stanju, poznato kao "lambda tačka" za helij-4, na kojoj viskoznost fluida postaje nula. To je jedna od glavnih pojava koja se proučava u kvantnoj hidrodinamici, a otkrili su je Pyotr Kapitsa, John F. Allen i Don Misener 1937. godine, a opisali su je kroz fenomenološke i mikroskopske teroije.
