CXXC1
CpG-vezujući protein (CGBP), znan i kao CXXC-tip proteina 1 cinkovog prsta (CXXC1) ili PHD prst CXXC domen-sadržavajućeg proteina 1 (PCCX1) je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom CXXC1.[5][6][7]
Dužina polipeptidnog lanca je 656 aminokiselina, а molekulska težina — 75.712.[8].
Proteini koji sadrže motiv CXXC u svom domenu koji veže DNK, kao što je CXXC1, prepoznaju sekvence CpG i reguliraju ekspresiju gena.[6]
