Premier League 1996/1997.

Premijer liga Engleske 1996/1997. je bila peta sezona Premijer lige kao najvišeg ranga u engleskom nogometu. Pobjednik ove sezone je bio Manchester United. Bila je to jedanaesta titula kluba sa Old Trafforda. Na dugom mjestu je bila ekipa Newcastle Uniteda sa sedam bodova zaostatka. Iz lige su ispali Sunderland, Middlesbrough i Nottingham Forest.
