Update of licenses uredi
Hi!
I would like to suggest af few changes about uploading files.
- All free files should be uploaded to c:Commons.
- The latest version of creative commons is 4.0 so it should be cc-by-sa-4.0.
- GFDL is a bad license. It is not good for files, video and audio. It is no longer allowed on Commons so if you use it the files will not be accepted on Commons in case anyone want to use them on an other Wikipedia. So it should be removed!
- JD-ja is not a good license either. It is a "homemade" license created by Wikipedia. It is much better to use Cc-zero (c:Template:Cc-zero).

I suggested above to remove GFDL. GFDL is meant for software and it is not good for media because it makes it difficult to re-use the material. Motivated by the the wish of making it easier to re-use files Wikimedia Foundation Board decided in 2009 to stop using GFDL as a sole license per this message. So that is why I suggest that GFDL is removed as a license for new uploads. --MGA73 (razgovor) 19:10, 14 april 2021 (CEST)
