Line 2: CRNACA

Line 3: VAŽNI SU (or VRIJEDE).

Note: The word "crnac" means "a person of negroid race" ("crn / crna / crno" means "black" – masculine / feminine / neuter, respectively) and in our language and culture it has no negative or offensive connotation in normal use, but we nowadays also tend to use "Afroamerikanac" (singular) or "Afroamerikanci" (plural) for African Americans, but it would be too long for the logo.
