PKIG
Gama inhibitor cAMP-ovisne proteina-kinaze je protein kiji je kod ljudi kodiran genom PKIG.[5][6]
Protein kodiran ovim genom član je porodice inhibitora ovisne o cAMP protein-kinazama (PKA). Studije sličnih proteina na miševima sugeriraju da ovaj protein djeluje kao snažni kompetitivni inhibitor PKA i da je prevladavajući oblik inhibitora PKA u različitim tkivima. Prijavljene su tri alternativno prerađene varijante transkripta koji kodiraju isti protein.[6]
