::I'm not up to date, but as I know from my old times on Meta as a sysop and crat, the global renames had been made there and not on local projects. :::I made the rename actually on Meta-Wiki (see [[:m:Global renamers]]), only the request was made locally on fiwiki, but all the renames happen on Meta-wiki.
