Kozetina je naziv za meso dobiveno od domaće koze. Također se koriste i termini jarčevina, za meso od jaraca i jaretina, za meso od jaradi.

Najpoznatije svjetske kuhinje u kojima je kozetina značajno meso u ishrani su blisko-istočna, indijska, pakistanska, meksička i karibska.[1]
